Terms of Engagement

These terms govern your use of inferencesystems.co.uk and the professional services Inference Systems Limited provides. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Services

Inference Systems provides automation architecture, agentic workflow engineering, and related technical consultancy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a written Statement of Work (SoW) before any engagement begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

2. Operational audits

The free operational audit comprises a 30-minute technical review and a written ROI assessment. It is advisory only: it does not constitute a commitment to deliver, and any findings remain confidential between the parties.

3. Our obligations

• Perform services with reasonable skill and care.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data (see our Privacy Policy).
• Provide documentation and hand-off materials for delivered work.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information and timely access to systems.
• Ensure you have rights to any data shared with us.
• Grant necessary permissions for integration work.

5. Liability

Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any engagement is capped at the fees paid under the relevant SoW.

6. Intellectual property

Deliverables produced specifically for you are assigned to you on full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property and are licensed to you for use with the delivered systems.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
